Our first-ever sparkling rosé. This traditional method, 100% Pinot Noir bubbly spent 42 months on the lees prior to being disgorged.
Tasting Notes
Crisp and quite dry. This has the roundness and texture you'd expect from traditional method sparkling, but it doesn't abandon its Pinot Noir heritage. Tart red fruits like rhubarb and raspberry jam spread on a fresh scone.Wine Profile
