This wine was made from a few dedicated rows of our estate Pinot Noir in which we had done some drastic thinning out of the fruit by taking over 60% of the crop off early for sparkling wine base leaving a meager 1 bunch per shoot
for harvesting later as red wine fruit.
Naturally fermented this wine attained a whopping 14.2 % alcohol which has been nicely balanced by its bold flavours and alluring texture.
