2010 Riesling
Summer 2010 was a warm one in Niagara, resulting in ripe flavours and aromas that translated straight from the vine to the bottle. The nose gives us what we’ve come to expect of Rieslings from the Flat Rock Vineyard - stone fruits, flower blossoms and the unmistakeable chalky minerality our soils naturally impart. On the palate it’s a juicy one, with tangy lemony acidity holding it all together. The 11 years in bottle have added complexity and smoothness to an already impeccably balanced Riesling.
