An absolute stunner we love to share. This star received countless awards including a 95-point score from Decanter giving it a Platinum award and Canada's best sparkling wine in 2017. This wine was meticulously made - 100% Chardonnay with low press yields, bottled and aged on lees for more than five years. This rarity is sure to dazzle you.

Our traditional method sparkling wine aged on lees for 5+ years in bottle before disgorging in Spring 2016. 100% Chardonnay with low press yields then fermented & aged in neutral oak barrels prior to blending and tirage in Spring 2011. Dosage of 12g/L to maintain balance of acidity & retain freshness.
