2011 Trademark Infringement Pinot Noir (White)

2011 Trademark Infringement Pinot Noir (White)

A Pinot Noir made in the fashion of a barrel fermented Chardonnay! The 2011 Rogue Pinot Noir fruit is hand-harvested, sorted and transferred to a press to yield 'white' juice from red Pinot Noir grapes. This 'blanc de noir' method creates a wine with complex aromatics and intensity on the palate. Gently pressed, settled & then put to 228L barrels, is the traditional method of making our Rogue. Bottled after 10 months in oak and lightly filtered to produce a bright, fresh wine.
