Our 2016 Riesling is sourced from a 2004 planting on our estate vineyard and a neighbouring property that also lies along the Twenty Mile Bench. The fruit is all hand-picked then destemmed to the press. Following a gentle pressingand cold settling, the bright juiceis then racked to fermentation tanks. Fermentation is cool and slow to capture the pure flavours of one of our favourite varietals. Riesling expresses its origins extremel well.
